§ 30.65. CHARGE FOR COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS.

(A) Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3, the city hereby establishes that there shall not be any charge for the first ten pages copied of any citizen’s request for public records and that, for any request in excess of ten pages, the charge per page, including the first ten pages, shall be at least $.10 per copy.
(B) This section shall remain in full force and effect from and after its passage and posting in three places within the city.
