§ 154.03. NOTICE TO GAS AND TELEPHONE UTILITIES REQUIRED.

Written notice of a proposed subdivision shall be given by the sponsor to the person or corporation having the natural gas franchise and the public telephone franchise in the city, which notices are to be given by registered mail by the sponsor. The sponsor shall show to the Plan Commission the copy of the notices and the return receipt of the registered mailing.
