§ 155.078. NONCONFORMING USE OF LAND FOR OPEN STORAGE.

The lawful use of land for open storage purposes which does not conform to this chapter shall be discontinued within two years from its date of passage; and the use of land for storage purposes, which may become a nonconforming use by reason of an amendment thereto, shall be discontinued within two years from the date of passage of the amendment.
