§ 155.127. FORM AND COLOR STANDARDS.

  • (A) No building, structure, or land shall be erected, altered, or enlarged in a local business district unless the exterior thereof shall be of a traditional form, material, color, and color scheme. The owner shall cause to be submitted to the Plan Commission an architectural plan which shall depict the form, material, color, and color scheme of the building or structure, along with any additional data required.
    (B) The architectural plan must be approved by the Plan Commission prior to the issuance of any improvement location permit.
